Battery-powered outdoor power equipment supplier, EGO Power Plus, is expanding its Pro X Series with a new battery mower.

The LMX5300E-SP features EGO’s proven Peak Power™ technology, drawing on energy from two 56V ARC Lithium batteries at once.

Group product director at EGO, Vince Brauns, says: “The LMX5300E-SP provides the power and performance that landscaping and gardening professionals need. They can now tackle almost any sized lawn with a battery-powered mower, benefiting from zero emissions as well as less noise and lower running and service costs compared to petrol machines.”

Designed with an aluminum deck and wheel hubs, with rubberised front and back wheels for additional traction and longer working life.

As well as eight cutting height adjustments offering heights from 20mm to 105mm, the new battery mower also includes a self-propelled drive speed and blade engagement.

With a capacity of 85L collection bags, a ‘full’ indicator and side discharge shoot for jobs where grass collection is not necessary.

EGO also launched two new ride-on battery-powered tractor mowers in April, in addition to a new charging system to support green space maintenance.
